COEXPORT explores business opportunities on trade mission to Colombia
Silvia Cuéllar, President of the Salvadoran Exporters Corporation (COEXPORT), actively participated in the Trade Mission to Colombia, organized by the Salvadoran Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. During four days of intensive activities, the Salvadoran delegation explored business opportunities in the Colombian market and received key information to strengthen Salvadoran exports.
In addition, Ms. Cuéllar met with Andrés López Valderrama, President of Corferias Bogotá, and Karol Fajardo, Business Director, to establish a cooperative relationship in organizing trade fairs and to encourage the participation of Salvadoran companies in key events organized by Corferias.
As part of the mission's agenda, the President of COEXPORT participated in the panel "Strategies to Boost Business between El Salvador and Colombia" at the El Salvador Business Forum. At this meeting, more than 400 Colombian businesspeople learned firsthand about the opportunities and advantages of the Salvadoran business ecosystem, highlighting strategic sectors and potential trade alliances.
The Trade Mission to Colombia reinforces COEXPORT's commitment to promoting the internationalization of Salvadoran companies and generating new export opportunities.
